“Received while trouble shooting malalignment between the prop hub and prop shaft on the outboard motor of the B24s left wing. A new hub/spinner set arrived in a timely manner, however it did not resolve the problem. Ultimately a new prop shaft was required as the original was improperly cut / machined by the manufacturer. Although a frustrating experience, I found Motion RC’s customer service to be incredibly helpful throughout the entire process with quick response times, expedited shipping, and a willingness to help.”
