“This is to replace the original part. After a few flights with no crashes I wanted to change up the plane to a low wing. When removing the screws the thread inserts spun in the holes so I couldn't remove them or tighten them again.”
“This was a replacement for a defect. The defect, however, was in screws supplied with the plane. The cheap screws broke off (the heads) when installing them in the cockpit wing attachment holes making it impossible to attach the wings. There was no way to remove the broken-off screws without permanently destroying the metal attachment holes. I recommend going to your local hardware store and getting new, stainless steel screws and throwing away the stock screws before assembling your Pandora. The folks at MRC were quick to replace when the cockpit was back in stock - they were great to deal with and I will be buying additional planes from them.”
“This is a replacement for a manufacturing defect. The folks at MRC were quick to replace - they are really great folks to deal with. The only complaint I have is the glue used in securing the wing attachment tabs - this was not the reason for the replacement - that was because of a flaw in plastic screw channel.”
