“Works great, if you cut the battery tray it will fit a full size 5000 mah 2s lipo. For you who dont know the steering isnt proportional, and throttle is kinda proportional only has 2 speeds. But very good value for money i use it in the ocean all the time.”

“Good quality, fun to operate. For some reason it makes port turns far better than it does starboard turns despite efforts at rudder trim on the transmitter, but no problem for the swimming pool!”

“This is a very cool looking tugboat. We play with it on our pond with two other racing rc boats. It wobbles but doesn't normally tip over. The water canon is awesome.”

“This is a fun rc boat that is fairly large and decently detailed. Like the Heng Long tanks, it is very well packaged and arrived undamaged. However, the tube that feeds the little water cannon was totally blocked with glue when I tested it. I was able to get around this by pulling the tube out of the fitting and cut the blocked end out. This allowed the cannon to function, but I found the tube coupler leaks like a sieve. Just a few minutes of testing allowed a surprising amount of water into the hull from this leak. I attempted to call MotionRC's support, but was told their boat expert was out and would call me back. That never happened. So I sealed the leak up as best I could and will try and replace the whole tubing assembly with a single piece in the future I'm happy with it, and more importantly, my son is thrilled with it. I recommend this boat, but check your tube connector for leaks.”
