I ordered upgrade parts but never got the right amount of parts. then got questioned about weather I looked throught the box that was tiny and only held a few things. it was a 6x6 box. also I looked through my boxes the tanks came in and found no spare motor I ordered. they insist I was shipped everything. becarful buying anything from this company. prepare to spend extra.”

“The product is alright at best, right out of the box in the first two hours I had multiple issues I haven't had time to fix yet. Number one, the hatch for the on/off button wouldn't open and when I tried to lift it and turn it carefully the spring was stuck and it just snapped off. Number two, the plastic detailing peices are very fragile and kept breaking off or just wouldn't fit because the insertion points weren't bored out correctly on the tank itself. Number three, right out of the box the tank wouldn't fire airsoft BBs and from what I can tell there's one jammed inside from the factory or wherever they tested it, and seeing as I don't have any airsoft rifles or anything related I don't have the tools to get it out yet. Number four, minor gripe but other people have stated it so far and its the issue of the turret being directly over the on/off hatch which forces you to turn the turret away by hand which damages the gears or you have to get a little stick or something to fiddle it open and on so you can turn it on remotely. Its an okay product but I don't think ill buy another one after throwing $200 at a product that you'd think would have better quality management then this.”

“You have to watch the attachment pieces , they are easily broken ! The on/ off switch hatch cover worked fine on one tank , is almost impossible to get to in second tank , overall , it was worth it !”
