“I would have given MotionRC 5 stars but your cust support has some real issues. 1 yr ago i ordered replacement drive tracks for my son's Panzer tank and they were too long. I realized i had mistakenly ordered tracks for a Panzer 4 tank instead of a Panzer 3. When i submitted a support case asking for Return Authorization to send them back (it was near the 30 day return deadline but not yet 30 days) no one ever replied to me. One year later my son was asking again about getting tracks to fix the tank so he could play with it. This time i called and spoke to cust support. I explained the situation and the MotionRC guy was polite and told me he would have the person who handles tanks call me back. Never rec'd a call back. All they had to do in both instances was contact me. Not asking for a lot, just someone to contact me. If policy wouldnt allow for a return, then fine just tell me that. Makes me wonder who is running the customer support department?”
