“Bought one from "Open box" as the turret would get stuck.Did a minor fix and no issues. Looks good and is reliable- only complaint: the bottom is quite low to the ground and it would bottom out on fairly light outdoor uneven surfaces. Several times driven in very light snow- the snow would collect in rear drive sprockets and stop movement-quite quickly. This was a bit annoying- I have since own (ed)4 tanks. HL is very good and should perhaps be considered on the lower end of quality. Own Tamiya as well.”

“I bought one of these for my kid. It amazes me that they can sell them for a couple hundred dollars. I'd have killed for one of these when I was my son's age, but the only available (Tamiya) kits forty years ago were more expensive then than this thing today...Ours showed up with a bad battery, but MortionRC sent us a replacement immediately. It's a really neat product sold by a solid company.”

“Love this tank. A few problems though. ALL of the upper support wheels for the track on one side came off while driving the tank. Spent over an hour walking all over the area where I drove it looking for the wheels. Found them and CAREFULLY glued them on so they would still rotate. Cannot get it to smoke. First time I tried it according to owners guide a puff about an inch in diameter came out and that was it. Will not smoke.”
