“I am extremely disappointed in item I purchased. The tank has a defective firing unit. It will not shoot air soft pellets. Contacted customer support, sent item back. You sent it back saying tech could not duplicate problem. Sorry but that is unacceptable. The tank clearly has bad part. I request a replacement or a full refund. “My first review here, but have several RC tanks (mostly Taigen/Torro). This was my 2nd HL purchase because I was impressed by the 1st one (StuG 3 pro). Can't really comment about the long term durability but out of the box it's excellent. Sure there are tradeoffs but welcome to the real world. For a greater degree of completeness you will need to paint wheels and tracks and fit accessories. The TK7 software pkg gives excellent low speed performance.”

“Got the tank fast and when I finally got to open it and set up for grandson no battery pack or extra batteries, and when I made a complaint about it was said they sent it and nothing I they could do so waiting on ups to pickup. 300+$ and it’s junk!”

“I love it's detail, suspension articulation, sounds (even though the Tiger was powered by a gas V12, not a turbo diesel). My only significant complaint is that battery access is from beneath the tank behind a battery door that requires a screwdriver to open. I wish there were a charging port accessible from the top or rear”
