“I always loved the look of the T99 and this model does not disappoint. Assembly was straightforward and fun. Very good runner, it’s relatively quick compared to my Heng Long Leopard. The side exhaust is really cool.”
“T99a tank started to malfunction after inital operation. The tank recoil failed when both buttons on top of receiver were pressed. When the smoke unit was pressed, the smoke unit would not work and strangely the the bb mechanism on the top turret started to click and produce a loud whining sound and only would stop if the smoke button was pressed again. Further inspection on the bottom tank chassis resulted in a hole above the battery case which was covered by a sticker from the inside of the battery compartment. Motionrc response to the hole is that despite the units being brand new, this was an acceptable flaw because Heng Long supposedly has not updated the molds and the hole located in the battery compartment is where the on/off switch used to be. I discovered this same flaw on a recent purchase of the Challenger2 tank as well. Consumer be aware that there may be other issues that Motionrc may be aware of but not forthcoming to the Consumer with hopes to sell out the Heng Long inventory.”

“There as I said before the products a good but some of the products are very delicate that can easily break need to be placed with either hot plastic or metal such as handgrips antennas and other small parts machine gun all holding rods some of this stuff needs to be reinforced stronger overall very good tank works excellent”
