“I'm giving the product itself 5 stars because I haven't yet found anything wrong with it, and it just looks cool. I would ding it a little bit, because the parts just came as a bag of parts - that is, no instructions.That said, there are some somewhat related YouTube videos out there which I used to gain a basic idea of what had to be done. I have some basic mechanical knowledge, but this is my first r/c tank in a lonnnng time and I was able to complete the upgrade in under 30 minutes. Most of that was spent looking at the parts and watching YouTube videos. A little tinkering was necessary with the track tensioners - my best advice to anyone looking to purchase this upgrade would simply be to pay close attention to what you're doing when disassembling the plastic tracks, and reassembly should be more or less intuitive. I would have liked written instructions (that's just a personal preference), but I don't think one would need them if they're patient and detail oriented.”

“I just got to say this Abrams tank is a winner. Mine is the upgrade version and added to the order a set of metal tracks for it. Very nice level of detail, adequate performance but it could use the bigger can motors, which I will be installing today. The Tx that came with the tank had a problem with one of the buttons needed to activate the cannon. MotionRC chat requested I place a support ticket. After a day, my friend Bob gave me his MotionRC number in which I called. Easy 4 screws to remove on the back of the Tx, a giggle on the offending button and it solved the problem. Thanks again Bob!! And MotionRC support too. :)”
