I used the servo to replace the ultra micro servo in my UMX Plane.. I had to enlarge the space for the installation but, sometimes you have to improvise and use what you have especially if you want to be flying today! Working fine! And I'm flying my plane..

Over all the plane looks very nice and the covering such as it is came out well done but....there are a few nits to pick: the control horns for the ailerons and flaps did not fit into the slots until the slots were lengthened a bit. The instruction, such as they are leave a lot to the imagination. If it weren't for the RC Groups build/ review of this model I would still be scratching my head and I'm an experienced builder. The slot for the vertical stab was too narrow at places and needed a touch up in order to allow the stabilizer to slide into place. I did not use CA but West System epoxy which is low viscosity and soaks into the wood much better. Likewise with the slot for the horizontal stab as it too needed a touch up to facilitate the elevator installation. The axels for the mains are typical of many ARFS including some kits I've bought. I may replace them with Dubro axles. I used the supplied control horns except for the rudder which is Dubro product. Personally I would sub as many parts with Dubro or similar quality. I will not use the method suggested by the instructions for the pushrod to servo connections. There are better ways which are more secure. Also adding some more glue such as CA to the motor mounts and even reinforcing some of it would be a good idea. So far after going through the model there no covering imperfections and for the most part everything seems to go together well. It is a bit of a job getting all the wires for the servos, ESC and battery wires through to the wing root but only a bit of a challenge. One of the cowls was a bit fiddly to get around the nacelles. The other one fit fine. Make sure you use extended bolt on prop adapters if you use spinners like Dubro as the normal ones may not be long enough. Motors are Cobra C3520-14/700KV, 11X7 3balde MAS and 4S pack, Dubro 3 blade spinners that required a bit of modification to fit the props. If this plane flies as well as reviews have noted, I will be quite satisfied.
