“I started out with a simple repair and replacement of the land of your doors on my P 51 Mustang. Unfortunately parts for this plane are very difficult To fine because this plane is in limited production from what I was told. Regardless the way that Motion RC sells these products is ridiculous not to mention the retarded One hour cancellation time. When I reached out to Motion RC for the parts The listing never said that you needed additional parts in order to complete the project. When I called to place my order I was told this was all I needed being that they are the experts I believe them when the parts got here all I got was the doors no hardware at all to attach the doors to the posts on the landing gear so then being that this plane did not come with an owners manual because I bought it used I went online on Motion RC website and researched and found out that they sell all the assembly parts separate which is the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard in my whole life. Yes you don’t always need all the parts right now but you’re probably gonna need them later on down the road because your stuff is going to fail after you record and it’s bent or a hairline fracture that you don’t see may be the case but less than likely because these pieces are made to break away very. So then I had to go back and order two more things the ball heads with the screws and nuts and then they had the balls in the nuts go through in order to assemble it only one problem they weren’t smart enough to include threaded rod for the heads so there’s no way to put it together so I had to make shift away to put it together because they didn’t send me everything then I went online and found out they sold a complete kit for the entire airplane linkage. I’m not in the practice of buying things that I don’t need so that I might use them later on down the road I’d rather buy the package as a whole and only have to pay shipping one time and then I wouldn’t have to go back-and-forth and back-and-forth find the parts that I need! So let’s address the first issue the return time frame to cancel an order or change it is ridiculous it should be 24 hours doesn’t matter how busy your back up you are because now you’re sending stuff to people that by mistake ordered it it’s just wasting more time and money! Come on people it’s not that hard to make your customers happy change the one hour cancellation time to 24 hours and start putting packages together for stuff that needs all the parts before you ship it out because now you’re just wasting my time and your time believe me I’m gonna find another place that carries the parts for my plane that will sell it in a kit so I don’t have to pay for shipping three or four separate times like I did this time that’s a waste of about $30 that I could’ve spent on other things that are needed!!!!!!!!Yes we’re all dealing with COVID-19 I’ve been in confinement for 17 months I want to go out and fly please fix the issues that I speaking up in this message.”
