“As far as the product quality is good as far as the service that was attached to buying this product not so good!Number one this product should come with a threaded rod that it takes to connected together with another head in order to make the linkage work it’s pointless I have one without the other you don’t have a crystal ball so you cannot see if the person needs to control rod or not so you should put it in the kit because yes it is needed in order to adjust to head to the right with in order to utilize them for whatever they’re being used for it’s called fine-tuning adjustments adjustment! But rather than put the threaded rod and the balls that are needed for these heads all in one package to save the customer money and waiting time not to mention the cost of shipping you failed so far I had to Please three separate orders to get all the pieces that I needed to put this plane back together again and yet no one was smart enough to put any threaded rod the size to fit these heads so this has a worthless without the threaded rod and I’m very dissatisfied with the service and the way that I’ve been treated especially by the English speaking gentleman from England who is absolutely of no use at all. Please see attached photos for the way that I had a Mickey Mouse this to get it to work. Put your items together in a package if that is a possibility because more people would rather buy the entire kit the individual pieces but sometimes you run out of the individual pieces and you have to buy a piece of separately but it’s nice to have the option of both not having only one option to buy everything in one piece at a time wasting time and wasting money on shipping on both ends yours and mine when I have to send the shit back because I did not have all the pieces that I needed in the kit.”
