“I am attempting to install this on a 1800mm DC3/C47 model and I am struggling mightily. Mounting it to the aircraft is the easy part as I 3D printed mounting brackets for the install. The angles ground on the ends of the “cylinder” like parts are insufficient to allow full retraction of the wheel up into the engine pod. This is exacerbated by the height/length of said parts. Without machining new parts I don’t feel this is going operate properly on my airplane. The quality of the individual parts is satisfactory though the end product could use some more time on the drawing board.”
