“All light aluminum strut attachments broke in first few flights. Factory installed door hinge and catch poorly done so doors open in flight. Factory installed Cowl access hatch came off in flight and couldn't be found so I made replacement from balsa. LG fairings not all present so I replaced with Ply. Wing assembly difficult at field so I converted top window to a removable hatch. BUT, the best flying Cub I've ever flown with DLE 35. Performance eased all of the aggravation.”

“Dealing with Motion has always been good. As usual fast delivery on all orders made. I really like the size of the plane. Easy to assemble. Do yourself a favor and replace the hinges on all the control surfaces before you do anything else. This includes the cowl door hinges too. Very poor quality. The fuselage is well constructed as well as the tail feathers and wings. I don't care too much for the covering, it wrinkles really bad and doesn't hold to well once I've tightened the skin. I'm using the NGH 35cc with rear exhaust. Also bought from Motion. Man, it pulls real nice and has a steady idle. Once the engine is primed with a few flips the engine starts with no issues. It doesn't take much ground to get her into the air. No bad tendencies. I like using flaps even though with this plane they're not needed. She slows down with no signs of stalling. Once on the ground there's no tendency to bounce like a rabbit. As far as the landing gear using standard screws for axels, is being really cheapo. I bought a set of du-bro axels and that cured the problem. The wing struts are garbage as well. the ends that connect to the fuselage and the wings will break just from the vibration alone. I made my own connectors from far better material. For the price overall not bad, it's not MotionRC fault. All the faults I mentioned fall on the manufacturer. I'm still pretty much happy with the plane and hope to have many flights with it.”
