“This is a comment on the covering film, which is PVC like. This is the typical complaint of the covering film. It is a self-sticky backed material that is tacky before any heat is applied. It does not shrink much when heat is applied.It tears easily by rocks kicked up on the landing field. Our field is gravelly and the gravel shredded the elevator skin in short order. I had to recover the elevator. I used Ultracote, but Super Monokote is thicker and more durable so consider using that if you have it.”
