“Not exactly a trainer, but I've taught myself to fly using this kit. It is big enough to see and sturdy enough to handle the variable winds where I fly. The mechanics go together well and hold their setup. Note: this kit has a gear drive tail rotor - it does not forgive tail rotor blade strikes (my pilot error) without chipping a drive tooth. On the plus side many of the parts are similar to the existing 600E Pro stuff that is around. I hover a lot and on my 1st chassis I have over 70 hours flying time with over 400 flights. I use (1) 6S 35C 5300mA flight battery and get 10 minutes of flying with a 25% battery remaining (your mileage may vary). I've bought 2 kits from MRC (1 to build and 1 for spares), each was easy to order and arrived quickly (2-3 days) even using free shipping. Would I buy another? You Bet!”
