“I got ahold of someone my first call and was walked threw what I needed . I bought a plane from General Hobby the shipping took way longer then paid for and I called 3 times a week apart and have never got a call back . ( left message on Karen Browns voice mail) Motion has won my business with excellent customer service . General on the other hand can find another sucker but it won't be me again.....”
