“This was an awesome build. I wanted detail and got it with this. The build was challenging. The one negative thing I have is the instructions looked like they were copies. The images were not very detailed because of this and thus made the build more difficult that it should have been. The heli was great, the instructions not so much.”

“I've watched several unboxing videos on the Roban 700 Apache and I got to experience it firsthand, and it's an amazing kit! The packaging is first class, double boxed, and everything else is in a secured box as well, the fuselage is impressive and huge. This will be an Ohio winter project so I can't wait to dig into everything else. I really like the olive drab but I'm also planning on doing some weathering on the model to really make it pop. If you're thinking about the Roban AH-64 then what are you waiting for? I would like to complete my review in a few months on how everything came together, but based on other videos, it should be fine.”

“Love these Heli's. This is actually my third Roban kit. They provide a beautiful product with scale detail you might not expect at this price point. This is a nice value and step into scale birds, especially if you don't have the time or skills to put into an unfinished kit/scratch build.This is a great kit, but not for a beginner builder, as MotionRC states on the site. The directions are pretty good, with just a spot or two that could use some additional details. The decal location layout could have been better; had to check out some actual pictures of an Apache for placement.Unfortunately I won't be able to fly it for a while (winter), so no flight review. However, I expect the mechanics to perform as well as my other Roban heli's. Can't wait to get this in the air!If you're on the fence about purchasing, go for it. You won't be disappointed!”

“To start the kit was packed beyond belief, you can tell Roban has pride in there product. I did have a broken tiny scale part but was fixed. The kit for money is highly detailed. The quality is excellent as well as construction and smallest detail is included. It sounds to good to be true. The kit over all gets a A.There are a few issues, the instruction manual has alot to be desired. The do number the parts next to the picture of part however, they dont mark the parts on the bag its in. If the pictures were clear and acurate, that would be ok, The pictures of parts are poor ant sometimes you cant tell what part you need. The manual is photo copy, and pictures are way to dark so you cant tell what an where to glue or screw. Another issue is some instructions ar incomplete, the sentence will read.. Glue Part 56 to part 58 and also use.. , Use what? The sentences stop short before explanation is finished, it makes a hard kit to build a little harder. Despite the manual this is not a beginners kit in first place an Motion RC is upfront with a nice big notice on bottom of product listing. All in all, a excellent kit, highly detailed and definatly worth evert penny. I would recommed it to any experianced builder. I will buy another kit for sure. If it were not for manual, id give it 5 stars all day, but because of manual i rate it at 4 stars. Dont let it discorage you from purchading.”

“I haven't flown it yet, but I'm very impressed with this scale RC Apache. It measures to be just about 1/9 scale. The fiberglass work of the airframe is outstanding. The included decals are beautifully printed but may be a challenge due to their large size. ARF is a bit midleading for this model since most of the detail parts have to be added before installing the mechanical and electronic gear, but that's to be expected of a scale project of this complexity. Overall so far it's been a great value and I can't wait to have it in the air.”
