“The packaging for shipping was great , finally have good shipping experience, Roban does a good job of painting and assembly of model, time spent finishing model is not long , parts are the question mark, can Roban improve the availability of parts, time will tell, right now they have most definitely fallen short on parts !”

“This is the second Roban fuselage I have purchased and was surprised that the tail boom was detached from the main body. The other Roban fuselage was one piece (not including the doors which do come off/open) with a slot for the tail rotor control rod. This fuselage tail boom has to be cut down to fit the length of the tail boom of the mechanics being used thus the paint will have to be touched up where the end of the tail boom is cut. Plus unlike the other Roban fuselage I have (similar body, i.e. MD500D as opposed to this MD500E), the other model not only had the control rod for the tail boom but a slot cut for the control rod to exit the tail boom to connect to the tail rotor.I am happy with the landing struts as they are the long version and sit the body up in the air better that the short versions (I have two models with the short struts, the other Roban and an Align model MD500E fuselage and I like the look of the longer landing gear struts.Also the instructions included are for a different MD500 model as they don't even mention the separate tail boom assembly.”
