“Purchased my 3rd set of 500 retract parts to get the gear control rods. When ordering, I noticed the 600 retracts and ordered just because they looked to be metal, which they are. The set screws in the 500s are pretty weak. Great care is needed to tighten onto the glass support shafts, and then they usually slip. The 600 wouldn't have that problem. Just need to get the carbon shafts to match and upgrade the whole landing gear. Plastics just don't cut it on the landing gear!”
