“The quality of the kit is very good, but as typical for Roban, the kit comes with limited instructions. I have been building RC helicopters for 30 years so I thought I would share a little of my experience. I painted the seats with textured black paint to look like upholstery. I used hobby felt for carpeting and walls. I purchased a Tyler Gray Models 10-inch Heli pilot, and he fits perfectly. The main issue I had was my Hobbywing 200A ESC-BEC. There was no way it was going to fit in the mechanic's compartment. So, as you can see in the pic, I mounted it to the ceiling of the passenger compartment and spaced it out ΒΌ inch so it could pass air all around. I also left out the rear windows to help with air flow. And as you can see, the Hobbywing ESC has a cooling fan to help. It is the perfect placement for it, and the wiring works great.”
