Very nice for a 60 size arf I'm working on. Only downfall is the adaptor sizes are standard and not metric so you need to drill them out to fit any metric size shaft axle (4 stars)

I use these Robart Scale Wheels on almost all of my projects -- they are the best available alternative to the junk that comes with many models, especially ARF's. That said, as with many US manufacturers' products, they need to be updated to the times -- in particular, the US-dimensioned axle bearings. Sometimes, coincidentally, the US bearing will fit a metric size. But notably, there is no provision for 5mm axle, the only good choice being to machine one from aluminum rod on a mini-lathe. Also, with planes over 10 lbs. or so, the hollow tires will collapse flat under the weight, and you really need to use the Robart tube foam inserts -- which Motion does not even sell. I use strips of polyethylene foam strip cut to width and length and then inserted into the tires to firm them up. One feature I continue to like are the snap on wheel covers which hide the collar or the head of a machined axle.

I purchased these tires to replace noisy low quality tires on eflite Carbon Cessna 150. The only problem I experienced is that none of the included spacers fit the large axles of the Cessna. I ended up gluing in the largest included spacers and then opening them up to the correct size on my drill press. A bit of work but well worth it in the end, quiet and nice soft landings.
