“several issues. A 5-star helicopter (except for the poorely writteninstructions) for a novice as myself. The spare battery I ordered would not take a charge though but through the fast and easy "Chat" arranged to have a new battery being sent to me.Because of being new to this hobby and not understanding an instruction step resulted in two tech. support voice calls to resolve the issue. On the first call, the Rep. did not try to understand my problem, was of no help and was close to bring plain rude. After waiting ~30 minutes I called again and spoke with a different rep. He was the opposite of the first rep in that he listened to my issue and walked through getting it resolved (held my hand).Overall great Motionrc experience somewhat soured by a tech support rep.”
