“Helicopter is really easy to fly if you have experience with flying rc rotor scale although this helicopter is fun to fly found a couple flaws the screws that hold the wheels on the landing gears are very thin be careful of hard landings. Gps is very good where I live I have between 13-17 satellites. Wishing Motion RC stocked more spare parts because I definitely need some while learning to fly this helicopter but overall love it!! With the USCG look really sets this aircraft off. Would recommend buying if you have had experience flying.”

“i live in alaska and am only getting maybe 6 to 10 satellites to lock on found out thats not enough. helicopter works back in lower 48 so its not the units fault. no one warned me it had limitations as far as geography and that some places didnt have enough gps signal for it to work right. wanted to add on to previous review, i didnt know why it wasnt working right. have fun”

“Motion RC sells this for a very competitive price, much better than buying it from China, and Motion RC ships quick! (also, no sales tax if you live outside IL)The copter is easy to fly. It has a barometer to maintain altitude and a downward facing optical sensor to see patterns on the ground in order to hold position. In low light conditions the optical sensor will not be able to see. So switch to GPS mode and it will use satellites to maintain position. If you want it to be more challenging to fly, just switch it to manual mode and the assist systems are deactivated. If you get in trouble, just flip the switch back to automatic.”

“considering the helo wont take off, very disappointing. when helo rotates nlades they turn for a few seconds then shut off unit will not lift off or stay runningits going back what a gigantic hassle”
