“I love my little RC helicopter but I broke it and the parts were on back order. When I got the notice they were back in stock I immediately ordered only for them to be lost in shipping. And they are sold out again. The customer service guy on line was nice and helpful, but there’s nothing he can do but offer a refund. I’m not sure why DHL is the carrier for a tiny little part shipped domestic. I’ll wait and order again as soon as the parts are back in stock.”
