This exceeded my expectations by a lot. Flys great. I have 1600 hours in a real Huey and this little helicopter reminds me a lot of the real thing. I’ bought it to fly in the gym but it does very well out side.

This is the BEST bang for your buck when starting out. The transmitter is very high quality, the ship is FAST, and the hover position hold works very well. Flight times are long and it sounds great. You cannot beat the value in this heli and I would highly recommend for anything from small rooms to open fields with light wind.

So much better than the big box store drones as long as you don't expect it to be flawless. My 10 year old handles it with ease and the RC response it pretty decent. Would recomend for any kid that wants a good RC helicopter than goes beyond what the W-Marts have to offer.

An excellent product. The detail on the helicopter was very good, very realistic. Operating and flying the helicopter is easy. The helicopter responds to the controls immediately so that maneuvers are a breeze to execute.

This is a blast, easy to fly and will take some rough landings. Cool as heck hovering in front of you.I like the historical aspect also, the Huey is an icon of Vietnam and the Army. I want the bigger one now! God Bless Our Troops

This H-1 Huey RC helicopter is unbelievably durable—seriously, I mean extremely tough. I’ve crashed it more times than I can count, mostly due to user error, and not just light crashes either. We’re talking full-on impacts. At one point, I got it stuck in a 40-foot tree for hours. I tried everything to get it down—shooting it with a gel blaster, throwing large sticks at it—and it still held up. I’ve also crashed it into the side of my house, metal framing, and multiple oak trees. Through all of that, it kept going. After a few hours of practice and learning from those crashes, I’ve gotten the hang of flying it. It’s actually not that hard to control once you get some experience. Eventually, I did have to replace the main rotors due to wear and damage, but that’s expected considering what it’s been through. One tip: I wouldn’t recommend flying on speed settings 2 or 3 in tight or heavily wooded areas. Those higher speeds are definitely better suited for wide open spaces where you have plenty of room to maneuver. Overall, this helicopter is rugged, forgiving, and a great choice if you’re still learning or expect a few rough landings.
