“Nice Heli but for a little bit more money it’s worth going for the 470 size MD500e. The MD flies much better and has a great presence in the air thanks to the bigger fuselage.”
“Excellent looking helicopter. Fast build. Very good flyer. Angle mode can be a bit tough to keep altitude since transmitter is spring loaded sticks. And low voltage RTH can surprise you.
I recommend downloading the ROBAN mission planner software since Roban builds this heli. You can turn off low voltage RTH and even change Angle mode to Atti mode (altitude hold). It makes it easier to fly.
When setup right and adjusted with the Roban software, it makes a very good heli into a great heli!”
“Pre-Flight: Build time of 10 min. as advertised is not true. It takes much more time to glue in the windows, add decals, adjust rotor blades just to get ready for flight. No extra batteries are available at this time.”
