“After crashing my 470 Huey because of an wrongfully installed Compass (for the GPS) at the factory. I decided to purchase the Bell 206 470 Heli. Just as Motion's online video, this is an outstanding looking Heli with perfect details and superior hardware. It flys just like the Motion's video shows. Highly recommend this Heli to anyone. You need no prior RC experience to fly it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you verify the compass to be installed with the white block facing up and is snapped into its holder. Its located behind the rotor assembly done in the tail section. I am repairing my 470 Huey so I will have to GREAT Heli's to fly.”
“I purchased my Rotorscale Bell 206 from Motion RC in May 2025. To date, I have had WELL over 125 Flawless, Perfect flights with this RC Helicopter. My point of writing a 2nd Review (first one was 8 months ago) is in reference to some recent negative reviews from the same one or two people. I am sorry they experienced whatever issue that resulted in a crash. But so many unanswered questions. Did they read the instructions, did they watch Wes's video showing how to make sure the Blades were tightened properly as well as him explaining the start up procedure. On the day they received it, did they check to make sure all the screws were tightened from the factory, drive belt tension and main gear teeth were good. Did they accidently switch it from GPS to Angle or Manual Mode during it's flight? Certainly A lot of unknowns. I have flown my Bell 206 literally 200 feet in the air without any kind of signal loss or the RETURN to HOME kicking in. (I'm sure it's NOT recommended to push it that high), but I did and more than once. Bottom line: DO not be discouraged from buying this amazing GPS Helicopter. When they say it flies like a Drone (in GPS mode), they were not kidding. I am not saying all of this without proof. I have made over 20 videos flying this Helicopter, over 125 flights and again wayyyyyy high up in the sky.. And, never a single issue with it. Do your Pre-Flight checks as well as your after flight maintenance and you will not be disappointed in buying this Beautiful Helicopter. ( And.. “Update: Had this helicopter since February 2025. Flew great for a while, then out of nowhere while flying it seemed to lose signal and crashed. I contacted customer service and they said the warranty expired. I inquired if they could give me any insight on why this happened and they tried to blame it on lost radio signal as a possible cause. I replaced all the broken parts and once again took to the air. Again after about five minutes of flying, control gone and another crash. I call customer service again and they suggested I reprogram the controller. The USB connection is not a regular USB on the controller. I have not had any support from customer service on actually repairing this thing. I am afraid because I also have the 470 Huey, and the 200 size Huey.I feel I wasted a lot of money and no support from Motion RC at all.”

“I ordered this helicopter and was so excited. It was delivered only a few days faster than I expected. After following all the instructions, the heli could not engage and bind to the remote. I called the support team, and all they said was that I dont know how to help. The product was shipped from the warehouse, sorry. Don't buy anything made in China.”
