“This is a really good power supply for powering and testing systems with DC motors. Just one caution. If you are powering inductive loads, it is a good idea to put a TVS (transient voltage suppressor) diode across the outputs. When turning off an inductive load, like a large motor, it can generate high voltage transients that will damage this power supply. We have bought three of these recently and one was destroyed before we applied the TVS.”

“Its a lot smaller than I thought it would be but it's a powerhouse for sure. I fly a lot and I can take full advantage of my 406 Duo charger now. Charging 12 1300mah packs at 1.5c is 23.4 amps on each channel, its using 32 amps with plenty to spare. The twin fan push pull setup does a good job of keeping it cool. That's probably my only complaint, the fans are pretty loud. I built a little shelf under my workbench for it which helped quiet things down. I highly recommend this for anyone flying quadcopters who want to charge a lot of batteries at a time.”
