“It's not very accurate and given it does automatic cell balancing this presents a bit of an issue when it starts rebalancing a perfectly well balanced LiPo. Now, as the customer service pointed out, the 0.02v is quite within the specs accuracy. IDK but I extended better from SkyRC branded product, especially given all my SkyRC chargers are within 0.005v accuracy and push out perfectly balanced batteries.”

“Previously I had to remove my battery and put it on the charger but now I can leave it in the plane and quickly attach it to the balance plug for an instant readout not only each individual plug and also the % of battery usage available. Everyone in the club wants to borrow it so thought I would surprise them with one for Christmas but find they are sold out but will get some more when they are back in stock.”
