“On 4s it can hit a little over 100 with small tilt down on 7.8 by 7 prop, but if you want to see real speed put a 6s on 7by7 prop and you will hit over 152 miles per hour, out performing the v1200. I ripped off the horn from the aileron but was able to save the plane with a semi rough landing… a lot can go wrong when you go over 150.”

“One broken prop in 30 flights,. Glides well power off,Bleed speed wayyyyy down let Her Stall just above ground slow. Youll have great prop endurance.3000mah 4 cell 35c--75 c works best 4 me.. I overhand launch, hand just behind wings ,point up bout 25 Degrees, bout 40-60 percent throttle, watch her shell pull out of your hand,Treat Her with respect.These Guys burning up ESC's an motors, ignore their reviews. “I decided to get the Havok for my 70th birthday.To be honest, it took me seven failed hand launches (resulting in seven broken props) before I got the hang of hand launching my Havok.After increasing my launch throttle speed to 3/4, my launches improved, and now I can successfully launch with confidence every time. It just takes some time and experience to get the timing down, especially for someone like me who has never flown a real racer before.I’m using the recommended Admiral 4S3000 batteries, which provide 4 minutes of heart thumping high speed excitement.It took me four landings (resulting in four broken props) to get to the point where I seldom break a prop upon landing anymore. Again, time and experience are the key to successful landings.I have come to love my Havok. It has taught me new skills, and it has really built my confidence. It’s a very durable plane that will provide a ton of fun! It is also a real crowd pleaser at my field.”
