“Packaging was good. No instructions or pointer to online instructions. Found them online, not very good. Had to enlarge electronics bay to fit receiver. Wings are not secure, lots of wobble. Had to add 4 ozs of lead in the nose to get close to recommended cg. Maiden flight needed lots of trim. Okay landing broke left landing gear carbon fiber strut. Overall a big disappointment. So much for Skynetics.”

“Don't normally write reviews but the Revolution deserves one.Couldn't be happier. All I needed were two servo extensions, rcvr and a battery. I'm using 3S2200 Graphene batteries which are a little heavier but still needed about 3/8 oz lead to get the CG about 1/8 back of recommended. Lined up all surfaces and it took 6 clicks of right aileron to fly hands off. Inverted is hands off also. On max rates the snaps are insane. On 50% throw very docile. Trainer like.Fuselage profile screams knife edge. It's a keeper.”

“It's not my favorite 3d plane, I like the MXS and Edge 540T better but it has the battery size (3 cell 2200) I have a few of and the others don't. I fly the MXS with a 4 cell. My only real complaint is the landing gear which broke (carbon fiber) on my 2nd landing. I was happy with the landing actually before I got to the plane and saw the strut. I like a bit of give on landing struts, this has none. The flying part is fine although I like the above 2 better.”

“Plane arrived in good shape. Wasn't much to figure out regarding putting it together. Which is a good thing since there is no manual or instruction sheet that came with it. I contacted Motion RC and they were quick to provide a link to a manual for this plane but under a different name. So a couple things were not correct. Such as the tail wheel assembly is different. Would have been nice to have a manual to go with this so I could confirm CG and transmitter programming. But not that big of a deal. The hinges were pre-installed on the ailerons but not pre-cut on the wings as the online manual suggests. Again, not that big of a deal. So with those tiny little issues, I like the look and feel of this plane as it feels solid and well thought out. As far as flying it, I just had a chance to take it up for a maiden and all went well but I can not comment about its full abilities just yet. Give me a few flights.”

“Flew my revolution for the first time today. It was AWSOME. I won't lie, it was touchy, but manageable. Just kept the control throws low, and she'll be fine. If your a competent pilot, she's HIGHLY recomended.”
