“I own a Neptune EDF which is a fun plane to fly. Because of another pilot's experience with the Neptune II, I bought one for myself when they became available. The Neptune II is faster and more maneuverable on the same 3S battery and is very tough. I highly recommend both versions of the Neptune. It is not a beginner plane, but flies well in the hands of any pilot with reasonable skills.”

“The Wing is fast with APC prop and the battery compartment is small and tight. Canopy does not fit flush but has never come off in the 80 flights so far. On the 70th hand launch I got lazy and did not give it a good toss and prop caught my index finger catching the first knuckle split my nail and took darn near took off the tip of my finger. Needless to say it took multiple stitches and It is healing although I think I will lose the tip. I installed a SAFE receiver and not Launch holding the forward edge of the right wing in SAFE mode with a mix of a little up elevator and perfect safe launch with no danger of propeller coming into contact with any body parts. I am very surprised how fast this wing can fly and how far it glides. I recommend but only if you launch from the wing only or suffer the consequence sooner or later like I did and wow was it a painful lesson to learn.”

“This was my first plane with elevon set up. The set up was easy. Took me 15 min to get it ready to fly. Not sure if I got lucky but mine was almost fully trimmed out out of the box. I don't have grass and land on concrete, but needless to say the plastic bottom is holding really well after 10 or so landings. For the price I'm extremely happy with this purchase.”
