Since I got to experience how much fun this lil plane is at the RC/Motion RC event, I purchased one and love it ! It is durable and nearly crash/damage proof! Well designed and really fun to fly! “Right out of the box it flew great. This is an excellent plane for beginners, or even experienced pilots, who like to fly.You can throw it in your car and during your lunch break and look for an open field or a park and buzz around.What’s a real plus is I fly it without landing gear and when i come in for landing the prop may pop off, then I just put it back on then I’m back up flying. This would be a great present for someone who is just learning how to fly.One suggestion for those who are learning how to fly I would fly it on a calm day.”

“This is a dressed up version of the much cheaper chinese version. Motion managed to mess up a good flier however. How you might ask?1 weight. All of the connections are now overly thick plastic components. None of the "upgrades" were points of failure on the numerous crash landing events on the other bird. The 4 blade prop, weighs 1.3g more than the 2 blade. (3.5g vs 2.2g)They have also angled the battery slot, moving the CG further forward. 4 blade prop and forced placement makes the model fly nose heavy.2. Electronics.... Stability mode has a mix for throttle to elevator. Full throttle is almost full down elevator to maintain level flight. I've tried all the flight modes, and it seems to be mixed everywhere but all help off. Just to be sure after the motion p51 flight, I tossed up the F4U from the other guys. Flies way nicer, but it doesn't have a stand....Maybe I shouldn't have bought a plane that has its own stand.”

“I've only taken it out to fly twice. It has been good so far. It is quick enough for me. the auto stabilization is very helpful. I'm new to flying and crashed several times(20+) as I was practicing landing. The propeller design is for it to pop off on crashes which is great. I think otherwise I would have broken the propeller by now. I just push it back on and continue flying. I don't know if I would need it but I would order a couple extra propellers since they might not be as easy to find later. After twenty crashes my propeller still looks new, but I imagine there might be an occasion where it just hits wrong and breaks.”
