“Well it's official. My disappointment in the TD Centurion has a overwhelmed my excitement for a new tank Just add this to the list of disappointments for this tank. I probably would not repeat this purchaseThis is the idler adjuster screw, not that difficult to overcome. I'll be going to the local bolt store shortly to find a suitable replacementHowever this isn't my only complaintI think having been strongly modeled after the Tamiya kit it is quite a bit more model than a Heng Long or Torro Things that have gone wrong since I received it on 9/26Idler adjustment screw stripped.LEDs for the headlights and tail lights have gone outEven according to their own manual the MG on the mantle goes into the wrong LED port. it is supposed to be inserted into port five, but only works in port fourThe MG on the mantle was one solid piece of plastic which allowed for no transmission of the LED which was still present, but they drill a little hole next to the MG where red light comes out making absolutely zero senseThe IR bulb is mounted in a ridiculous place from the factory with no recess whatsoever making it basically useless for any kind of battle The smoke generator went out with the motor simply locking up Directly from the TD 3.0 MCU the wires had to be reversed on the motor in order to drive correctly. Came like that from the factory I ended up switching the TD 3.0 to a HL 7.0 that I had left over from another project. The 7.0 is way more responsiveEverything is very easy to break off once mounted, even if glued very solidly the parts are very small and extremely breakable I would not repeat this purchase and I would recommend against it Seems like for something so new I've chased more problems with this than anything I would care for However my very first purchase was a Torro M 26 and it's been nothing but reliable. If I had to recommend a first purchase it would be extremely high on my list ”

“I do like the look of the finished product, but I gave it an overall 4 rating due the fit and finish of accessories and unclear directions. All the pieces did not fit very well and needed either cutting or sanding. The directions to me were a little confusing and not clear. Once I got everything attached, sanded or puttied the tank look great, similar to a Heng-Long tank.”
