“Shipped me a customer return as new. Asked for RMA via email sent photo, CS refused. 2 more emails arguing with CS. Finally emailed me return shipping. Disapointed with MotionRC that they shipped a customer return to me, then wanted to ignore the photo evidence, then refused to send me return shipper. MotionRC's CS is poor. I could have bought the same item on Amazon for same price and gotten deliver in 2 days. Why do business with MotionRC on this type of product, if they are going to ship used product. Its a foolish business model.”
