“Purchased this item and received it on 23 May 2025. A couple weeks later it stopped working. Notified Motion RC that after a few days use it had stopped working. I hadn't dropped it or anything to maybe damage it. Sent photos to show no physical damage event had occurred. Motion RC replied that it didn't meet their warranty requirements to replace or refund.”
