“I was very happy with my first Open-Box purchase. I understood that as an open box, there may be slight damage or missing parts, but the only thing I saw was a missing flat top hatch door which I was able to replicate and replace. The overall tank was in excellent shape/condition and I really liked the winter paint scheme. Me being a WWII buff, I added some weathering details and had a Soviet patriotic slogan added to the turret and antennae. It really looks awesome! Again...very pleased.”

“The following takes into account that it is a 600+€ purchase. 1) the charging port is mounted on such a soft metal plate that it is really uncomfortable to insert the cable. 2) the on-off switch turns the tank on only in one highly specific spot resulting in 5min of fiddling with it to get working. 3) charging through the flap is impossible as the port and hatch do not line up. 4) I had to glue several body details on myself as they had fallen off either while packaging or transit5) paint job isn’t all that great6) no indicator for charging statusThese things would be fine on a 200€ model but certainly not on this. Some metal parts do make the feel of it a bit more substantial.Further contact to resolve the power issues would be appreciated.”

“The tank arrived with a small plastic piece broken but it was easily fixed with a little glue. All the tank features function pretty well. The only issue is the smoke unit doesn’t put out as much as the Heng Long models do. This seems to be a common issue with all of my other Torro tanks. Really like the winter paint scheme. This is a medium tank so it’s a little smaller than my other Torro tanks but it’s quickly becoming my favorite. Will be adding a few more other Torro tanks models to the collection in the future.”
