“Motion RC is a good shop. Unfortunately, I received an inadequately secured shipment and the tank was damaged. I am surprised that Torro tanks are manufactured in China. Unfortunately, this translates into poor quality of workmanship. It's a pity that Torro has given up on quality. The tank itself is nice despite a few shortcomings. I don't know if Torro is different from Heng Long in terms of build quality, this quality is similar to the quality of Taigen and Heng Long tanks. It should be better because Torro is more expensive than the competition. It's a pity this isn't done better.”

“I have to commend Motion RC for very good customer service! I received my first Torro King Tiger broken with the snap attachment pins fully sheared off and upper body separated from the hull. I contacted Ozzy at MRC and he reviewed my photos and notes. Very promptly, he arranged for me to trade for a new one. It arrived in great condition! The tank runs great, the smoke and flash features are extremely cool. Definitely let’s one drift off into a duel at Kursk!!! Torro has some cool details already from the build, but there is plenty of room for someone to add a personal touch to their tank. That will be my next project. Can not wait to get it out on the course.”

“I waited until Motion RC received a Toro Tiger II with camo scheme and got one to finish my 1/16 RC German tank collection. The tank is impressive and the camo scheme was pretty well applied by airbrush. All features worked well except for the engine exhaust smoker - no surprise since most don't work well in my experience. Pleasantly surprised that the barrel smoker worked, although the timing of the flash and smoke could be better with the recoil. Why 4 stars 1.The engine smoker did not work well, and I use a precise 1mm syringe to put in just the right amount of fluid per the instructions. These smokers are not essential to me anyway. 2. The manual supplied is way outdated: No instructions on how to fill and service the barrel smoker. I found the filler tube through the vertical back hatch of the turret. An email to Taigen for more details received a poor response. 3. The on/off switch is poorly located under a back-deck hatch that is made inaccessible when the turret and gun are aligned with the hull. I can't store my tanks with guns at 45 degree angles. You either have to ratchet the turret manually to clear the hatch or lift up the rear of the hull to get to the switch. Similar inconvenience as the IS-2 tank. I may try to relocate the switch. 4. Although the basic camo scheme was done pretty well, someone thought that "weathering" should be done by sloppily painting bright silver highlights all over the tank, especially the upper sections of the track skirts. Looked really bad - detracted from the appearance. I had to do some serious touch-up to remove that silver paint. On a positive note, just about all the assembly of the accessories are already done and they look good. I added a different Toro commander figure. The tank really runs well and is very sturdy. A lot of metal, good running gear, and very heavy. Glad I added it to my collection.”
