“I have been waiting for this part for 2 months and the support folks had told me they were expecting a shipment in a few weeks, a few weeks ago. When I reached out a week ago, they told me they couldn't find info on shipments and I should reach out to them again in the morning. When I asked that they email me when they had the info, since I had to enter my email in to start a chat with someone, they said ok and I haven't received an email yet. I haven't been able to use my plane for the last 2 months because of the unavailability of this part and no one can give me a straight answer to when it will be available.”
