“This little bird is simply amazing. They have broken the code for helis IMO! It is scale, it flies stable, it is indoor and outdoor capable, it is inexpensive to maintain and a great deal to buy. Get one RTF with a TX and simply add on more FTR helis !”

“This little jem is a very good looking rtf helicopter, with that said it’s touted as a beginner helicopter , which is a bit much to say. After having to send back the first one due to transmitter problem the second arrived. I checked the transmitter right away and all seemed good, watched Motion’s video as to how to set transmitter after having flown it with the out of the box settings. On the first flight in 6g mode the HELI lifts up and starts wondering backwards and to the left, more like a drift but was hard to hover out of the box. Watched the video and used those settings, one note if you are setting up dual rates be sure to move the sticks so both sides are the same, ie if you set a rate for left aileron, push stick to right and set it also. Eventually got it to hover without a lot of drift, but it does take time and patience. I can’t recommend as a beginner HELI but with a little help from an experienced pilot you can get it to be gentle, then the fun begins.”

“Have been flying r/c helicopters since 1969 and had the most fun with this one. Mainly the reason is that it really flies well and, best of all, you don’t have a lot to lose both monetarily or time wise. Parts are cheap and readily available. If worse comes to worse, for little more than the cost of a good set of rotor blades, you can get a new helicopter. Go out, fly it and tear up the skies.”
