“I bought one, liked so bought another one. I like the ease by which you set the output voltage. Push a button! No electronic programming and it’s spot on. So set for 6V. You get 6V!!!”

“This is my 4th purchase of this UBEC and they have served well this past year with likely 50 flights or so on them. I like the twin power supplies to the RX and the easily adjustable voltage. I use them in my quarter scale and third scale giant WW1 BUSA electrics powered by 10 and 12s Lipos.”

“I had been searching for a suitable BEC for the 2 large steering servo's in my RC tugboat. The power requirement being: 8 volts and a 10 amps max. At first I couldn't find a one that would do the job (at least not for any reasonable price), but I was glad that I found this ZTW UBEC at Motion RC.The UBEC is small, easy to install, and it can provide more power than my set up requires. It's always good to have redundancy, so this little gadget fits the bill perfectly.Till now it works as it should, so I can recommend it.Please note: In the photo, the voltage indicated on the displays is 0.2 volts under the true value measured by a multimeter. So the ZTW UBEC does deliver the full 8 volts.”

“This is the 4th one of these I have purchased after converting a gas airplane over to electric power. I use both power inputs connected to my RX as per advice from Horizon Hobby. I like the ability to set my RX voltage to be the same as when I had the LIFE battery powering the RX in the gas version of my plane. I set it to 6.5 Volts and the telemetry reads out 6.5 volts. Perfect. I likely have close to a hundred flights on my first conversion (Balsa USA Cub) with no issues at all.”

“This HV UBEC was my only choice when using 12s (50 volts) in my 1/4 Scale Fokker D7. I appreciate the selectable RX voltage that works in conjunction with the D series 647 MW servos from Hitec. I had always run these servos using LIFE batteries previously and felt comfortable running them through this UBEC set at 6.5 volts. I use both 8 amp supplies connected to my AR6610T RX so I get some redundancy as well as audible voltage readouts through my NX10 TX. I have used this system in a Balsa USA 1/4 scale cub for a year now along with the HV150 AMP ESC and Eflite 160 motor with the throttle reduced to 40 volts (80%). I have had no issues.”
