“Unfortunately size 5.5 was too large,so reordered in size 5, both pairs arrived promptly & the customer service was excellent. I returned the 5.5 pair with the prepaid label as this was an exchange, having visited 3 post offices, the label was unacceptable due to not having a bar code or quick code on the label. So I was left with no option but to pay £4.20 return postage. So could you please review your label so the PO can process.”
