“Package still not arrived and it was supposed to have been sent out 6 days ago. Requested an update over the phone and was told somebody would look into and knowbody got back to me. So I phoned again and was told they were trying to track the parcel and I have still heard nothing. Now in danger of parcel not arriving before my holiday and that's what I placed the order for.”
