“I had to keep making enquiries as to where my order was. On my 3rd telephone call within the week i was told my fitflops had arrived at the warehouse!!!! They had only come from Chester to Nantwich, why did it take so long??? They still had to be sent to me!!!! I was then told the colour was not what i had ordered, as these were not available!! Overall very poor and not what i expected from Mozimo.”
