I called the Chapel Street store to explain the situation and asked if they could recommend somewhere I could get it repaired. To my surprise, they offered to exchange the jacket for a brand new one, no questions asked — all I needed to do was provide a copy of the receipt.

“A great jacket very good quality but I found a little baggy around the bottom of the jacket so if it's a cool breezy day I find the wind comes up your back so you need an extra layer.”
