“Was very disappointed our guide did not go up to the castle with us. We paid for transporting only and we could have done so much cheaper. Our guide fell asleep. We are hearing impaired and m y son behind her could not even hear her. We had a guide the next day for something else, she said was filling in, but was a guide for another company to Dracula's castle. We learned more from her in 30 minutes. She told us stories we should have heard. This tour did not do what it advertises . We plan to return to Romsnia with guests because we fell in love with the country, but unfortunately, we will not be using your tour group. It was just a job with our guide, but she missed a real opportunity to connect with her travelers and teach them about Romania's history.”
