“This tour includes a visit to the Sinaia Monastery, an extended guided tour of Peles Castle and plenty of spare time to have lunch, explore the castle grounds and the town of Sinaia. All of the places visited are very interesting and the countryside is beautiful. Our guide, Luciano, is a mine of information about Romania and was very helpful throughout, even holding our place in the queue for Peles while we went for coffee. There are a lot of tours in this area, some of which are longer and visit more places, but we felt we'd rather take our time looking round the sites listed. The package includes the guided tour and is extremely good value for money.”
