“First time purchasing from MSNL. I had an issue with using the website and checking out. I had to reach out to customer service for assistance with placing my order and making payment. To further complicate things, I could not even tell if I had placed an order or not. I was able to use the chat feature and the representative from MSNL was able to see exactly everything that was going wrong. The customer service representative was the very best. Fixed my issues, and assisted getting me to checkout to finalize my purchases. Shipping was delayed through no fault of MSNL. We can blame the bitter freezing cold weather for a five day delay. Very happy with the stealthy packaging.
All five of the seeds were soaked for 48 hours and directly planted in their final growing medium. All five germinated and have sprouted. Presently they are on day five and are doing very well. I'm pleased with MSNL, and will plan on being a long time customer.”
