“So ive ordered from here 4 to 5 times so far all having been autoflowers..Have never had a problem with any of my seeds ever!!This time got my order fast n safe as usual. Got my BB seeds back in September. Germinated 5 of them well I thought. #1 became a beautiful lovely girl .#2 died in the seed pod.#3,4,5 never grew tap roots and got mushy after waiting 10 extra days for 3,4,5.So hit up customer service and let them know what had happened and they asked me how I started them and what occurred during the process. Nevertheless after they heard I was bummed out over getting 1 out of 5 to grow.No matter if it was their fault or mine they sent me a email the very next morning with a tracking number and a note saying we're sorry for any inconvenience but here's 5 more Bruce Banner autos on us no questions asked just were sorry and thankful to have u as a loyal customer..All I can say is LOYALTY..I won't even think about another seed bank..Msnl thank you for being awesome. “have not gottn these exact seeds yet but will order them also in the next couple of days and i just wanted to point out ive had well over 50 if not 70 orders from msnl the past 20 years or since 2001 actually and 2 time ive had problems with germination and that was only on the freebie seeds both times and once trouble with the ordered seeds bad germination and that was auto gdp and that is based upon the insane amounts of sucsess im just fine with that fact. so in other words i would suggest to not try complaining as if they dont have stellar quality and rather learn yourself to germinate and grow properly ! noone has better or even equal quality prices consitency and not least a top customer service willing to source you whatever asked upon that aint to be found on site.. kind regards Alexander Ledsicon”
